1 Introduction & Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 444c platform and all its services. By accessing the 444c website, creating an account, or using any gaming or betting services, you fully accept these Terms.

These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. To register and participate on 444c, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.

2 Account Registration & Security

2.1 Account Creation

To participate on 444c, you must create a valid personal account. Only one account per person is permitted. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, 444c reserves the right to permanently close all such accounts and forfeit any remaining balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment method details. Providing false information will be treated as a serious violation.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

444c reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. When a verification request is made, you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify 444c support immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

444c currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — for each method.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, 444c may request additional verification.

3.3 Responsible Transactions

444c ensures that all financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. Sending or receiving funds from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 earns a ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed before withdrawal (calculated on the bonus only — excluding the deposit).

• The bonus is only usable on eligible games — certain games may be excluded.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 444c reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 Other Promotions

444c may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published at the time of announcement. All promotions are subject to these general terms.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

444c is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment. The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality and integrity.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:

• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to operate games.
• Seeking out or exploiting technical flaws in the game system.
• Collusion with other players.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.

If such activity is detected, 444c reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances.

5.3 Technical Issues

444c will not be held liable if a game is interrupted mid-session due to server outages, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue. However, where there is clear evidence of a technical fault, reasonable action will be taken.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Sports betting on 444c is available on a variety of sporting events. Once a bet is placed, it is considered final, and a cancellation request may be submitted before the event begins — however, 444c reserves the right to void bets under specific circumstances.

6.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, bets on that event will be declared void and the staked amount will be returned. However, different rules may apply if the event has already started.

6.3 Live Betting

Markets in live betting are subject to change. A bet may be rejected if it is not confirmed at the right moment or if the market closes. Odds displayed on screen are not final until confirmed on the server.

7 VIP Program

444c's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Through regular play, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

The criteria for determining VIP tiers are managed by 444c and may change at any time. Cashback will be credited to your account at a set time each week. 444c reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits.

10 Account Closure & Restrictions

10.1 Closure by the User

444c may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any valid balance will be returned. However, if closure is due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

444c is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

• Losses caused by temporary unavailability of the platform.
• Delays caused by third-party software or payment providers.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own negligence.

In any circumstance, 444c's maximum liability is limited to the value of that specific transaction.
